The Grok Bot team just opened up the Bots they use to PRINT SALES Three bots they built in-house to move deals faster, all three now PUBLIC Here's what each one does: 1/ Account Intel Bot: updates your CRM automatically after each call, so reps stop losing context between touches 2/ Quote Bot: prepares proposals and order forms, so the fastest-moving reps aren't the ones with the best templates 3/ Deal Bot: reviews non-standart terms and routes exceptions for approval, so edge cases don't stall for days These three bots work in close coordination. Account Intel maintains a real-time database, Quote Bot uses it to generate quotes, and Deal Bot verifies all the details before anything is sent In other words, they’re only useful when used together
