Jelly keyboard test: Opus 5.5 costs $0.20 and works, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash costs $1.70 and drops letters

On the same keyboard-building prompt, Opus 5.5 delivered labeled glossy keycaps, ripples and a WPM counter for $0.20, while DeepSeek V4.1 Flash cost $1.70, produced flat boxes and mistyped "hello jelly opus" as "hllo jely opus".

paid $1.70 for a keyboard that can't type. opus did it for 20 cents $0.20 vs $1.70 same prompt. one jelly keyboard, 61 keys → opus 5.5: glossy translucent keycaps, every key labeled → wobble slider at 72%, ripples on every press → live wpm counter - hit 160 → a tiny price tag in the corner, 6.10 € → deepseek v4.1 flash: flat boxes, no labels, default html buttons → "click the keys to type!" i typed "hello jelly opus" on both opus printed it clean deepseek printed "hllo jely opus" it dropped letters. on a keyboard everyone picks the cheaper-sounding model to save money. this time the "expensive" one was 8.5x cheaper and actually worked
