Same 3D floating island prompt: MiniMax M3.1 Flash ~$0.012 vs Opus 5.5 ~$0.14

On one prompt to build a Japanese 3D floating island in a single HTML file, MiniMax M3.1 Flash cost about $0.012 versus about $0.14 for Opus 5.5, roughly 12x cheaper, while writing 3x more code with no edits on either.

this model is insane at design. and ~12x cheaper than claude opus 5.5 on my test i gave minimax m3.1 flash and opus 5.5 the same prompt: build a 3d floating island in japan in one html file. pagoda, torii, sakura, waterfall, all procedural three.js minimax: ~$0.012 / opus 5.5: ~$0.14 -> same prompt, ~12x cheaper (est. from output length, minimax wrote 3x more code) no edits on either. judge the islands yourself
