Jev neural atlas: clustered event-bus routing for agents

A walkthrough of a Jev-based agent event bus split into input clusters, memory shells, frozen replies and core echo, pushing at 60fps with core load held at 0.18 instead of broadcasting.

WHOEVER LEAKED THIS JEV NEURAL ATLAS SHOULD BE RUNNING MISSION CONTROL I thought wiring an agent's event bus meant one global emitter and a dozen listeners that step on each other by lunchtime. Apparently not. This atlas's setup is much more interesting: → INPUT CLUSTER S01 pushes every raw event straight to core at 60 fps, no polling, no "wait for a batch window to flush" → MEMORY SHELL S02 reads the buffer behind every input and attaches the last state, no re-fetching context from scratch per tick → EVENT BUS replies from a frozen set (S06, S05, S10) back to core, no broadcast, only the clusters that owe a reply → CORE ECHO re-emits S01 at gain 0.3 for the next loop, flows idle at 36 streams and gain 0.2 when nothing new arrives, no busy-wait anywhere → NODE RESPONSE surfaces live load per cluster (S06 active this tick), flags 7 nodes drifting past the core load baseline of 0.18 so you get: Inputs clustered. Memories shelled. Replies frozen. Cores echoed. the interesting part isn't adding more listeners. it's giving every event a cluster the core can read without broadcasting. Instead of a global bus firing 434 packets per second at every subscriber, you route from S01 clusters through typed replies at 60 fps event bus, core load held at 0.18, nothing broadcast that wasn't asked for. Push the input. Shell the memory. Echo the core.
