我有个困惑，最近Claude code是不是改过自新了？把Meta Muse bot养的两个Claude code号，升级为$100和$20，咔咔反代，在各种IP乱用，还是不会被封，以前升级$200打满配额就封，难道只要不升级$200，不去领取福利，就永远不会被封吗？之前封了几百个号了
