Three Ps for evaluating personal agents: persistence, personalization, proactiveness
The author proposes persistence, personalization and proactiveness as criteria for judging personal assistants, and says Dots leads on all three in their experience.
Three Ps for evaluating personal agents: - Persistence: not giving up when a task gets hard. Working through failures and roadblocks across different web services until the job is done. - Personalization: learning your working style, needs and wants, being helpful without being disruptive, and knowing when to ask you for feedback. - Proactiveness: like a new superstar team member, taking initiative to identify and solve problems, including new helpful suggestions. It’s hard to capture all of this in a 30-second demo, but once you spend enough time with them, it becomes clear. In my experience, Dots is winning on all three.
