搞了静态 IP 的 VPS，开了 Claude Pro，美区账号，用苹果订阅卡付的费。结果用了不到两周还是被封了，真的太难了。封号通知说是 Supported Countries，申诉又改口说 Usage Policy——前后理由都不一样。
