I'll admit that I am a fan of how Grok bot feels. Which is why we are reverse engineering how it communicates for Hermes agents! It goes way deeper than just the soul.md file We're working on skills, tool interaction, pace of messaging, length, emoji reactions, character count, and more! This is Alan's Way!
