A developer open-sourced chip, a minimal coding agent where a decision model like Jev picks the tool and Claude fills in the arguments, looping until the decider stops; the demo audio was generated with it too.

A question I had to experiment with: What would a minimal coding agent look like if it were built with decision models (Jev etc) in mind from the beginning? https://github.com/alexhancock/chip 1. prompt 2. decision model picks a tool 3. claude fills arguments, given the goal and a running summary 4. tool runs 5. repeat until the decider stops (Demo audio created and edited into the video with the experimental chip harness itself!)
