Agent Tower uses Jev to pick the best substring for long thread titles
In the Agent Tower project, Jev chooses the most meaning-bearing part of overlong thread titles instead of plain truncation, which the author says works very well.

One of my favorite little Jev uses is having it intelligently choose substrings. In my Agent Tower project, the thread titles are often too long to fit and were truncated. But now Jev picks the best part the string to convey the meaning. Works suuuuuper well
