We gave Union Alpha, GPT-6 Astra, Zhipu 5.3 Flash, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash the same task: build a rocket launch experience in HTML. The results were surprisingly close. All four models were able to produce a complete result, which shows how quickly the gap between models is narrowing. In this test, Union Alpha was slightly less precise in understanding the prompt, but its generation quality was still strong. Since it is currently free to use, it can be a very cost-effective option for many tasks. As model capabilities become more similar, flexibility matters more.
