PGRun 2.0 launches with 1-second Postgres branching

Built on ZFS snapshots and copy-on-write, PGRun 2.0 cuts DATABASE_URL readiness from 4.88s to 1.36s and gives each agent its own database.

Launched today: http://pgrun.dev 2.0 🚀 Create a 1 GB Postgres branch in ~1 second. PGRun is now 3× faster. DATABASE_URL: 4.88s → 1.36s Under the hood: ZFS snapshot → 22ms ZFS clone → 31ms Postgres startup → p50 80ms DATABASE_URL → p50 1.36s No database copy. Copy-on-write.
