The lead engineer of Grok Bot alone pushed his AI usage up 20x. Most people still run it as one chat window. 0 interventions and a finished report before you even open the laptop. Setup takes one afternoon: mission → Chief → Research → Strategy → Execution → Reviewer → you Step 1 → Write the mission as a finish line: what lands, when it lands and which checks it must pass. "Good" and "useful" don't count. Step 2 → Create one bot called Chief first. It plans and hands out work, but never does the work itself. Step 3 → Sort every action into three colors. Green runs alone, yellow runs inside approved tools, red always waits for you. Step 4 → Add four specialists and stop there. Every extra bot is one more handoff that can break. Step 5 → Do the workflow once while the bot watches, including the ugly parts: a dead source, two documents that disagree, a missing number. Step 6 → Let the reviewer send work back to the exact bot that can fix it, with a hard stop after three rounds. Step 7 → Schedule it only after three clean runs in a row. One lucky run proves nothing. The same graph can run your market report, lead lists, hiring briefs or support queue, and the earlier it starts, the more corrections it remembers. Copy the setup, then read the full 5-step guide with every prompt below ↓
