The simplest and best automation you can do for your company is hook up GrokBot to every email account in your Google Workspace. Have it check every inbox every 10 minutes and remove every promotional or spam email from them. It’s far better than Google’s spam detection, and it keeps every employee’s email clean with work related communications only.
