Grok Bot to run a family kombucha bottler's 30-year-old machine
Brian Roemmele says he is using Raspberry Pis and local video AI to wire the gauges and switches of an old bottling machine into Grok Bot, so a line that once needed about five people can run 24/7.
UP NEXT FOR @GROK @BOT Grok Bot will help a small family Kombucha business run the 30 year old bottling machine they got from an old warehouse. It used to require about 5 people monitoring gauges, switches and check points. I am working on a process using Raspberry PIs to operate the switches and local video AI modes to watch the meters all fed to Grok Bot to run 24/7. It should be done next week and tested the next day. The plant that owned this bottling system ran it on 3 shifts 24/7 for decades, but today it would not make sense to run it with this many people today. So if we pull this off, this family business can go national as they have distribution interest, just not the product. I have dozens of these types of projects in the pipeline and now they can happen. Just wait until I get access to Optimus! I will write how-to on this and I will identify Billions of dollars of old equipment we can now operate and give new life to with Grok Bot!
