记录下 Claude 被封后的一些尝试和工作流改变。 之前所有的对话、项目周报、月报，都通过 claude 执行，我的感觉 claude code 是越用越好用越顺手。 没有 claude 之后，所有的内容要考我手动组织，设立目标，笔记开始用起来了，codex 没法预判我的行动，没法对我提出足够建设性的意见， 我需要主动。
