Kev, a locally runnable version of Jev, built on Qwen 4B and 9B

The author says Jared Palmer's Kev is a local version of Jev that runs fast enough on MLX on an M5 Pro, built on the inner layers of Qwen 4B and 9B models.

There is a locally runnable version of Jev called Kev by @jaredpalmer which runs fairly fine on MLX (i tried on m5 pro and it was fast enough). It is built on top of the inner layers of qwen 4b and 9b models.
