Three AIs edit the same video: Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra and Fable 5.1 compared
The author gives the same talking-head footage and editing brief to three models, having them cut pauses, build visuals and add music, then asks viewers which version they would post.
I gave three AIs the same recording to edit. Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra and Fable 5.1. Same clip, same cut, same editing brief (the exact process I use for my own reels). Each one had to: 1. Cut every pause and every mistake 2. Build every visual from scratch 3. Go full screen on the big points 4. Cut back to my face when I react 5. Add music under my voice and fade it out at the end Top left is my raw take. The other three are their edits. Honestly? As good as a human editor, if not better. Which one would you actually post?
