The artwork runs edge to edge with no frame, no border and no mat. BACKGROUND: a seamless panel of off-white plaster with fine surface grain, slightly warm cream, filling the whole canvas behind every element. SUN: upper right, a large sculpted golden sun disc with a clean concentric surface, surrounded by raised stylized rays fanning outward in thick gold and orange clay strokes, nestled into long horizontal sculpted cloud bands of cream and apricot. MOUNTAINS: across the middle right, layered ridges of grey-blue clay receding into soft haze, the nearest slope sharply faceted. LAKE: right of centre, a calm mirrored lake of brushed grey-silver clay, its surface streaked with pale reflection and scattered with tiny raised gold dots like floating pollen. CLIFF: left of centre, a tall sheer cliff of sculpted grey stone, its face broken into chiselled vertical facets and ledges, with a dark fissured crack running down it. AUTUMN FOREST on the cliff top: slender white birch trunks, dense canopies in vivid golden-yellow and burnt orange clay, interspersed with tall dark spruce of layered black-green branches. FLOWERS lower left: three large sculpted blossoms in soft peach-pink with rounded petals and amber centres, dark brown dried leaves and seed pods, clustered with small glossy red berries. RABBIT lower right: a plump sculpted rabbit in soft grey-white clay, long upright ears with pink inner shading, large glossy black eyes, tiny pink nose, front paws tucked, sitting upright in a nest of golden dry grass blades. PALETTE: off-white, cream, apricot, gold, burnt orange, slate grey, dusty blue, soft pink. Bas-relief depth, matte clay, no text or lettering.
