but there are previous reports Japanese developers got banned for travelling to China too, does that count? Where is the line? I think Anthropic has their own rights to terminate their business relationships with anyone (including D&D, right?), but not refunding a year worth of subscription fees is next level.
@robinebers violation of t&c and banning is a business decision, and is reasonable. not refunding a year of payment is ridiculous, and maybe illegal. also did they ban any Americans using Claude in China? have they banned DHH?
