User compares Muse, Dot, GrokBot and Instinct personal agents

The author rates each agent: GrokBot has the best platform, Instinct is easiest to use because it lives in iMessage, Muse was dropped for not auto-replying, and Dot has flaws but is the one they are most bullish on.

My thoughts on personal agents (Muse, Dot, GrokBot, Instinct): GrokBot - I like their platform the best, my brain just likes the idea of individualized/specialized agents better than having one main agent. Still using GrokBot mainly for scraping X and content analytics but that's about it. Instinct - absolutely love it. Super proactive, incredibly smart and because it lives in imessage it's the least amount of friction for me to use which I think is key for adoption Muse - set it up, tried it for 5 mins and haven't touched it since. Wanted to use it for FB marketplace listing management but it cant auto-reply (you have to manually approve each reply) so that pretty much killed that only use case for me Dot - loving it so far, it has its flaws (can feel a little clunky, not clear on how to edit its system prompt/custom instructions) but I'm bullish on the OpenAI ecosystem and use Codex as my daily driver so this will be the one I use the most. Basically, using Instinct for personal stuff (travel bookings, reservations, etc.) and Dot for quick business tasks then Codex for just about everything else aside from content which I use Claude for (Opus 5.5 is a fantastic writing model).
