PARTY Startup Studio Fund: blue pixel blocks and bitmap type for a VC fund

The seed-stage VC fund from Japanese creative firm PARTY, which builds "future experiences" with founders (a CSS Winner Site of the Day). Bitmap-style PARTY STARTUP STUDIO FUND type sits on white beside electric-blue pixel blocks that gather and scatter as you scroll, followed by full-width clashing-color type banners (MARKETING / CREATIVE / FINANCE). Very editorial.
