Study of 2,170 Jev projects finds 77% use it to judge an attribute
A study from Sun Yat-sen University and CUHK of 2,170 GitHub projects built on Jev found 77% use it to judge an attribute, 52% to score or rank and 31% to pick the next action.

RESEARCHERS JUST ANALYZED 2,170 GITHUB PROJECTS BUILT ON JEV. The first study of how people actually use it, from Sun Yat-sen University and CUHK. What they found: 1,865 new repos in the first week after launch, plus 305 existing projects that added Jev. 43,750 stars in that week alone. 77% use it to judge an attribute. Is this spam? Is this code risky? 52% use it to score or rank. 31% use it to pick the next action. 70% use it for two or more of those jobs. The pattern is obvious once you see it: most AI agents are full of tiny decisions that never needed an expensive model. Paper in the replies. Save this. follow @cyrilXBT
