Jev handles the yes/no questions in coding agents at ~300ms with free output
Many questions in the agent loop, such as which tier, is it safe, and is it done, are not coding questions; Jev answers them and falls back to Opus when unsure, forming a loop where the LLM writes, Jev decides and code acts.

For jev-requote.png: your coding agent is paying Opus prices to answer yes or no questions look at the loop. Opus plans. Opus writes the code. then Opus gets asked “which tier?” “is this safe?” “is it done?” over and over those aren’t coding questions. they’re decisions. → Jev answers them in ~300 ms → at $0.042 per million tokens, output free → when it’s unsure, it hands back to Opus LLM writes. Jev decides. Code acts. bookmark this before your next API bill 🔖
