Personal agent differentiation will come from initiative, not intelligence
The author argues general AI agents are commoditizing, so differentiation lies in proactivity: ChatGPT stays reactive while Instinct and Muse are designed to be proactive.
if this doesn't show how general AI agents are becoming a commodity, not sure what will it's only a matter of time that any chat-based interface can & will function as a general assistant the personal agent differentiation will be defined not in intelligence nor function but in initiative how presumptuous are you comfortable letting your agent be? ChatGPT is and should be reactive, whereas Instinct or Muse are meant to be more proactive
