InstructorPHP 2.11 adds native TypeSafe Jev support
A single Decision request scores refund probability, picks a department from a closed set, and grades frustration, while PHP still controls the action policy.

Don't parse prose when support needs three decisions. One `Decision` request evaluates one message as: • refund requested? → probability • department → closed-set choice • frustration → graded score PHP still owns the action policy. Native TypeSafe Jev support in InstructorPHP 2.11.
