Jev Router decision graph: 371 edges and 8,113 decisions, still no auto-publish
The decision graph routes between research, write and review by urgency, blocks anything below 0.85 confidence, and ends every path at a human publish step, with most of the $0.34 cost going to writing rather than judgment.
371 edges, 8,113 decisions, and still nobody lets this thing publish on its own. This is JEV Router - a decision graph that reads input, scores urgency, routes between research/write/review, then hits a hard gate: confidence ≥ 0.85 or it doesn't move forward. even past that gate, it still can't post. "human · publish" sits at the end of every single path, auto_post switched off, approval required every time. the system escalates instead of shipping. the real number worth noticing isn't the decisions - it's the cost split at the bottom: the routing logic runs for pennies, the LLM writing the content is what actually burns the budget. $0.34 total, most of it spent on words, almost none on judgment. this is the opposite of the "fully autonomous, zero humans" pitch everyone's selling. the human is the bottleneck on purpose. #AIAgents #AutonomousAI #BuildInPublic
