Ran a bunch of tests with GPT Image 2.5 on High, trying different prompts and reference setups (original-only refs and previous-frame chaining). Still couldn’t get a clean 360 like this. 500 images at 1K would be ~$26 plus input costs. This demo feels pretty unrealistic compared to my results. The consistency just isn’t there yet.
