说个扎心的， 普通人凑合用GPT已经够折腾了，还得VPN+接码+各种验证。 但如果你能稳定用上Claude， 基本上就不需要再折腾国产大模型了。 用GPT: 翻墙、接码、验证、偶尔还能用。 Claude: 静态IP、KYC、指纹浏览器、养号、防封、随时可能被封。 GPT是入门难，Claude是通关游戏。稳定用上Claude的，不是人中龙凤，就是老M
