Jev takes small decisions away from frontier models
The argument: small judgments like whether to search, retry, pick a tool, or stop don't need a frontier model, and using Jev as a traffic cop could sharply cut agent costs.

Holy shit. Jev might have found the dumbest thing we’re doing in AI: Using giant frontier models to make tiny decisions. Search? Retry? Which tool? Stop? You don’t need a genius for that. You need a traffic cop. If this works at scale, agent costs collapse.
