问的人最多的就是如何让Claude不封号，这个真的是玄学了，老实说我也没什么诀窍，可能就是运气。不过我还是总结了几点，大家可以参考，但是不保证效果： 1、一台新电脑，我这次是用的一台新电脑。 2、在VPN里设置让Claude域名名中固定节点，这是为了防止IP经常跳，我感觉这个是很重要的一个因素，我用的小火箭设置方法参考下面的图片。 3、从过往的经验来看，Anthropic非常注重保护自家模型，例如宣传Claude有灵魂、很痛苦什么的，同时非常介意蒸馏自家模型，在反蒸馏上花了很多心思，所以要像正常人一样正常使用，不要让Claude干它拒绝干的事情，也不要试图询问它的推理过程思考过程，更不要一直骂它，用户的使用行为可能真的会被记录分析的。 4、用长期稳定使用的邮箱账号注册，设置为中文界面、用中文沟通这些都没事。
