Claude Duet coordinates office room booking end to end

Our team was meeting in person recently and needed to reserve room in the office - a hot commodity! We wanted it for as much of the day as possible. I asked Claude Duet to figure it out. It found a room that was mostly available, booked the open blocks, then drafted DMs offering a different free room to the owners of the other meetings. It didn't send any messages until I approved them. As people moved their meetings, it booked their slots. Finally I asked it to create this quick video to show the process!
