User suspects running multiple processes triggered another Claude ban within a month
A user received a Claude email saying their account was banned again in under a month, suspecting it was because they ran several processes at once to use up quota before reset.

刚想睡觉就收到 Claude的邮件，又被封了，还不到一个月。 难道是因为我今晚同时跑了好几个进程，想着趁额度重置前多跑点视频出来备用，结果就被封了。 今晚看额度有点奇怪，怎么一直在跑但是额度不见掉的，我还以为因为知道快要重置了所以大发慈悲，呵呵。
