Claude bans don't target Chinese users by nationality, user says

我这个Claude账号用了那么几年，啥都和它BB，它现在经常说“考虑你住在中国的昆明，我建议咋咋咋”。 说Claude靠判断用户是中国人来封号就是胡扯，它自有一套标准来判断封不封。都是玄学，哪天不让用就别用了呗，难道chatgpt无法替代吗？
