Gemini 4 Argon launched yesterday. The benchmark charts are already everywhere, so here are the details I think builders should actually know. First, this isn’t a fine-tuned Gemini 3 model. Google describes Argon as a new frontier model in the Gemini 4 generation. It natively accepts text, images, audio, and video, and is designed around longer coding, research, and agentic workflows.
