Running five Grok Bots: put shared rules in one workspace folder
When running five Grok Bots, memory does not merge between them, so the author suggests writing the rules into one folder under /workspace and telling every Bot to read it first.

Running five Grok Bots? You don't have a team. You have five strangers sharing ONE desk. Tell one your rules. The other four never hear it. Memory doesn't merge. The desk does. So leave the rules ON the desk. One folder in /workspace. One line in every Bot's description: read it first. Say it ONCE. Every Bot reads it. Set it up TONIGHT.
