Manus Cue hands-on: pricing, phone numbers and sandbox IPs
A hands-on test of Manus Cue finds it costs $20 and up after a free first month, its phone number feels bolted on and is locked to your proxy region, and restarting the container yields residential IPs from Pakistan, Egypt and Vietnam.
Tried Manus Cue so you don’t have to. 3 things the launch posts won’t tell you: 1. The price It’s free for a month. Then it starts at $20. That’s it. On cost alone, Muse still wins without breaking a sweat. 2. The phone number It feels bolted on, not built in. Some popular countries never get the SMS. Worse: the number’s country is locked to whatever proxy IP you’re on right now. Want a different region? Switch your VPN first. 3. The sandbox IP This one’s spicy. Restart the container and you get a new “residential” IP. I did it three times: Pakistan, Egypt, Vietnam. Other people are pulling Philippines and Colombia. Not one major Western country showed up. 😄 One last thing: don’t use these platforms to mass-register ChatGPT or Claude. The signup pattern is screaming obvious. Once enough people try it, risk control will slam the door. Save your time.
