Jev and Sonnet 5.5 cut daily cost from $55 to $2
The author says letting Jev handle note scoring, tool selection, failure recovery paths and test filtering cut Sonnet 5.5's daily cost from about $55 to about $2.

jev + sonnet 5.5... i honestly can't understand why nobody is running this pair yet. sonnet 5.5 is already cheap, and the forks still cost about $55 a day. once jev takes them it drops to around $2. i think it's the smartest way to run sonnet right now. → score which project notes matter before the context loads → let jev pick the next tool instead of asking the model every turn → pick a recovery path when a tool fails, instead of retrying blind → run the focused checks before the full test suite sonnet does the work. jev picks from options the harness prepares and validates.
