WSO2 Agent Manager launches a governance control plane for AI agents
A 62-second dark tech-style film presents WSO2 Agent Manager, which orchestrates multiple agents, ships built-in guardrails for PII masking, JWT and CORS, supports any model or framework on cloud, hybrid or self-hosted setups, and covers Build, Pilot and Production.
Situation: you (as a PMM) have a feature launch in 1 WEEK. Need a video. But most studios ask for 3 weeks of turnaround time. What do you do? Normally it takes us 3 weeks for a 1 min video too, from concept/script to sound design, including client revisions. But let's say we have only 1 week instead. And you (as a client) don't want to sacrifice quality too! Here's what I'd do to make it possible: Day 0: Setting expectations - you won't have unlimited revisions anymore. Just 1 at each stage (script, designs, animation). We just won't have time for more. - you will have to be always online in Slack for a quick feedback. - you give us more creative freedom than usual. We'll have to take creative risks in order to move fast, without approving every tiny detail. - you'll have to help us with the scripting part (at least the positioning angle and use cases), as it takes the longest to approve internally within the company. Day 1: Scripting/Moodboarding I take your "base script", run it through my formulas, remove fluff, add visual description and references for each scene. Then I use ChatGPT images to generate some reference images of the "style" (I feed it some screenshots from our past videos, mix it with Behance or Pinterest inspiration shots), so we can approve the design direction BEFORE I give it to our designer for custom design. Deliverable: script draft, moodboard, references. Day 2: Style frames While you're approving the script internally, we prepare 3 style options, based on the moodboard from day 1. Deliverable: 3 style options, 5-6 frames for each, designed in Figma. Day 3: Storyboarding By that time we should already approve both the script and the style from day 2. So we just continue desinging all frames in Figma for the rest of the video, in 1 style. I'd use 2 designers instead of 1, to speed up the process. Deliverable: full storyboard in Figma (30-40 slides). Day 4: Storyboard revisions, script revisions It's our final chance to polish the script, looking at the full picture. Finalizing the storyboard, highlighting certain features more, removing the fluff, fixing the attention flow. In the meantime, our animators already start exporting scenes to After Effects, waiting for the green light. Day 5-6: Animation Again, I'd use 2 animators instead of 1, working on different scenes in parallel. the biggest revisions are usually already done at the scripting and storyboarding stages, so I wouldn't expect major changes here. Deliverable: animation draft Day 7: Sound design, final animation polishing Adding music, sound effects, polishing final parts of the animation. The video starts to feel deeper, sounds add 'texture' to it :) Deliverable: The final video. Project files collected. During the whole process we would work on weekends, probably late nights too, and I'd involve 2-3 extra people than normally, so it would cost you extra. But the product/feature is launched, everyone is happy :)
