@W2679966465 别折腾这个号了，基本没救，再试也是纯浪费时间。 Anthropic 的封号机制很死板，一旦封禁，绑定的邮箱和手机号全进黑名单，直接注销重开也过不了风控。最稳妥的做法是用无痕模式新开一个干净的谷歌号，挂个干净家宽 IP 重新搞，千万别用老邮箱去碰运气。
