我也分享一个门槛更低、自己实测下来的平民版用法： 1、网络环境：v2rayN 做规则分流，给 Claude 一条独享的静态 IP 2、账号来源：直接用成品号，不用费劲折腾海外支付和海外手机号 3、使用心态：成品号成本低，万一封了也不心疼，当消耗品用就行 这套组合已经连续高频用了 3 周，写代码调模型都很稳，目前一次风控都没遇到 没有海外卡的朋友可以试试这个思路，省事很多
