Codex quota reset again, but Sol 6.1 and Astra 6 still hit capacity errors

Tibo just announced another Codex reset. It’s starting to feel like the 28 days of shipping are just an excuse to give us resets. What is odd is that I still see capacity errors for Sol 6.1 and Astra 6. There is no way these resets are helping keep the OpenAI servers from melting.
