🚨 Fable 5.5 is taking longer than I expected. When Anthropic started rolling out the 5.5 family, I thought Fable would follow pretty quickly. But maybe Opus 5.5 is so good that Fable is struggling to justify its place in the lineup. Meanwhile, Google had the perfect opportunity with Gemini 4 Carbon. The timing couldn't have been better, but keeping it away from public access completely killed some of the potential hype. Anthropic is taking its time. Google is missing its moment. The AI model wars are getting interesting.
