i honestly don't get why people still let an unsure event wake them up last week i left a night shift on with one rule: "read everything. speak 300 times. if you're not sure, don't ping me. peel it into the morning" the picture is that rule at 25 seconds. 30,000 events, all of them read. 29,100 pruned. 900 still reachable. the write budget sitting at 300 / 300. one cluster, 600 unsure, peeling off into the digest the idea is simple: unsure is not urgent. the phone is not a lane. you wake up to one list, not 600 maybes what the shift does with the census: → reads all 30,000 before it types a word. mentions, replies, quotes, dms, issues. four questions in one call, and they can't see each other → turns the answers into a lane. skip, log, digest, human, write → earns one write every 4.8 minutes and spends it on the highest score first.
