DeepSeek V4.1 Flash-1017 is the upgrade I didn't expect this week. Terminal-Bench went from 31.2 to 42.3, outputs are shorter, tasks finish faster, and the price is the same. The one-shot 3D scenes are noticeably better than the old version too. DeepSeek's own numbers though, so I'm still running my own tests. Will post what I find.
