卧槽卧槽，Claude 安全团队竟然给我解封了！！！ 而且时间非常快几乎就是一个晚上，从此为 Anthropic 扛大旗 我的申诉内容结构大致是： 1. 我是谁 2. 当天在干什么：开了三个会话窗口在蹬，额度达到了 5 小时限额的 90%，不断在提示我的时区和5 小时限额量。我猜是因为这个导致我被误封的 3. 去翻了 Anthropic 的使用政策，找到并引用了对应的那条，说明我没有违反 大家被封了也可以去试试，ban 的这么严，肯定会人工审核的
