Google Gemini 4 beats everyone - including Fable and Astra - on key benchmarks. Is Google back ? After years of losing out against the frontier labs, the latest iteration of Gemini looks like a huge win for the laggard. At least on paper. In a way, it wouldn’t be surprising if Google finally gets back to the frontier - it led AI in the 2010s and has the most massive R&D war chest of all. The AI race just heated up even more. /AI / Gemini 4
