rat-king routes a multi-agent fleet with Jev classifiers
The author runs agents as desks with a switchboard and a small-model front desk, using Jev classifiers for routing, digests, notification filtering and shared context across desks.
this is actuallly cool af in practice and allows for mostly frictionless peer-to-peer agent comms across the full fleet graph i run agents as "desks" (opus) and a desk has autonomy over its Area (features/products/task) for bigger projects there will be several desks there's also a single "switchboard" that handles inbound and functions similar to the "gateway" in openclaw or whatever busy desks and the switchboard get a sidecar small model that serves as a "front door" and router so the desk isn't bogged down with rat-king they have direct comms, ccs, news feeds, adjustable notification levels and filters, routing, jev classifiers, digests, history/memory, context collaboration across desks (which serve as subject-matter experts, so harness feature desks or other long running desks have co text and can literally just be asked) and they USE it anyway, it's fuckin cool https://github.com/joelhooks/rat-king
