Rebuilding a Polymarket desk with Grok Bot
The author had Grok Bot reverse engineer a $218,724 Polymarket wallet, then split the workflow across Scout, Trader, Risk, Ledger and Chief agents.
HOLY SH*T. I gave Grok Bot a Polymarket wallet showing $218,724 and asked it to reverse engineer the trades. By morning, I had five agents running a crypto trading desk. THANKS ELON. The number that hooked me was his biggest win: $648. I kept scrolling. Hundreds of small entries. The same Bitcoin five-minute markets. Buying BOTH sides of the same window. In the sample we studied: → 3,818 buys across 92 markets → both outcomes bought in 85 markets → one five-minute window contained 37 separate buys That was enough to start rebuilding the workflow around entry timing, execution and inventory. Here’s how I split the agents: → Scout scans BTC markets 24/7 for possible entry points. → Trader checks available prices and places orders within fixed limits. → Risk tracks the exposure after every fill, especially when only one side executes. → Ledger reconciles results, fees and rebates. → Chief coordinates the whole desk. The part I nearly missed was the accounting. That $218,724 headline was BEFORE fees. Including fees and wallet income, the snapshot came to roughly $151,998. And buying both sides still left risk: one window ended with about 425 UP shares against 355 DOWN. That window made $21.98. Another nearby window lost $44.57. Watch the inventory panel in the video. Every fill gives Risk something new to handle. The 40-second animation compresses one trading window beneath the account’s longer PnL history. I went in curious about one wallet. Now I’m watching five little agents work a night shift. Reference wallet below ↓
