观察一下近期一个月AI使用变化：1、从Opus5.5模型发布后，基本逐步暂停GPT使用，5.5成为常备主力，2个Max订阅日常基本用到80%，Astra模型更多成为备份、出图、交叉审核一些边角料工作；2、10月后头部4强都陆续发布Personal Agent，Claude Duet 在Watchlist审核中，目前尚未通过，同步增加Grok Bot订阅，玩法探索中。
